9 months!

Happy 9 months Eliza Jolie! What a joy you are. I could just eat you up!

18 lbs 3 oz. & 27.5 inches. Both 50%ile.

Your top left tooth poked through on your 9 month birthday. By the next week both were in. You now have 4 teeth!

You are a crawling speed monster! You love to crawl to the stairs and climb them. You crawl to whatever room we are in. You like to crawl to the open door and look out. You crawl in the bathroom and try to get into the toilet and diaper pail (yuck!). There is no sitting still for you. You won't even really sit on my lap to read books most nights.

Remember the days when you would like me take a picture of you sitting still. No longer. No more cute little letters saying 9 months! You just smile and giggle at me when I say "No no Eliza, fire is HOT". Good thing for the fire grate!

You like to take books off the shelf but not read them. You eat them. You are starting to get a little more picky about what you eat. And you eat only by yourself. We just plop food down on your tray and you shovel it in. You are Messy! But you LOVE LOVE LOVE the bath! You have NO fear when it comes to the water. You just fall over and get right back up. Forget my rule of no standing in the tub! You even like to drink the water and put your whole face in.

Everything goes in your mouth. Everything.

Naked Diaper baby = Naked diaper/undies brother.

You have big blueish/greyish eyes. They are still changing. I am hoping for some hazel eyes but we will have to wait and see.
